At Basic Instincts, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering our products. However, in the unlikely event that a product is delivered in a damaged condition, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following terms:

Exchanges are only applicable in cases of:

- You must share clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the damage and original packaging.
Verification Process

Once we receive your claim and supporting media, our team will verify the details.

This verification process may take 1–2 working days.
Timeline for Exchange Dispatch and Delivery

If the claim is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of verification.

In case the product is out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or store credit of the same value.
Conditions

Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging (if applicable).

Exchange is not applicable for products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or mishandling post-delivery.
