Exchange policy

 

At Basic Instincts, we take utmost care in packaging and delivering our products. However, in the unlikely event that a product is delivered in a damaged condition, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following terms:

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are only applicable in cases of:

  • Damaged product(s) during transit
  • Defective or broken item(s) upon delivery

How to Request an Exchange

  • Contact our customer care team at 📧 care@basicinstincts.in or 📞 +91 7738988224 within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • You must share clear photos and/or an unboxing video showing the damage and original packaging.

Verification Process

  • Once we receive your claim and supporting media, our team will verify the details.
  • This verification process may take 1–2 working days.

Timeline for Exchange Dispatch and Delivery

  • If the claim is approved, the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 5–7 working days from the date of verification.
  • In case the product is out of stock, we will offer a suitable alternative or store credit of the same value.

Conditions

  • Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging (if applicable).
  • Exchange is not applicable for products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or mishandling post-delivery.
