At Basic Instincts, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience. Since opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, items once delivered cannot be returned.
Our products contain active extracts and ingredients, and damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under this policy. This also does not cover issues arising from specific sensitivities or allergies to an ingredient. Customers are strongly advised to perform a patch test before full use of any product.
REFUND POLICY
No responsibility after delivery: Basic Instincts is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery of the products.
Mandatory unboxing video: For claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect product, an unboxing video with the original packaging is mandatory.

- Damaged packages: If you receive a tampered, damaged, or defective package, kindly refuse delivery on the spot and notify us immediately.
- Non-receipt of product: If your order is marked delivered but not received, you must contact customer care within 3 days of the delivery status. No claims will be entertained after this period.
- Non-refundable charges: Delivery charges (if applicable) are non-refundable as they are retained by courier partners.

- Prepaid refunds: Credited to the original payment account within 7–15 working days from refund acceptance.
- COD refunds: Issued to the bank account provided by the customer within 4–7 working days of refund acceptance.
- Claim window: Refund requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.
- Proof of refund: Basic Instincts will provide transaction details and screenshots once the refund is initiated.
RETURN POLICY
- In rare cases of damaged, leaked, broken, or missing items due to transit, a refund or exchange may be initiated after thorough verification.
- Customers must report such issues within 24–48 hours of delivery by contacting our customer support.
- No returns will be accepted without proper evidence (images/videos).
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch from our warehouse.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of cancellation acceptance.
- COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch without charges.
